Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are based on the type of legal matter. The office will confirm the applicable fee and appointment details when your consultation is scheduled.

Legal Fees
Legal matters may be handled on a flat-fee or hourly basis depending on the nature and scope of the work. Certain matters with a defined scope may be appropriate for a flat fee. Ongoing, contested, or less predictable matters may be billed based on the time spent working on the case.
Your written engagement agreement will explain the fee structure, the work included, applicable rates or flat fees, billing practices, and when payment is due. If the scope of the matter changes or additional services are needed, the firm will discuss any additional fee arrangement with you.
